Delivery Time Frame
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
All orders are shipped from the US, Shanghai or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.
We are offering Premium Secured Shipping & Insurance with tracking numbers. Shipping will require 10 - 15 Working Days to your doorstep. Sometimes it might take only 8 Working Days depending on the location.
All tracking numbers will be sent through your email once we shipped the products.
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. It usually takes 2 - 5 working days to process the orders. We know this may be frustrating, to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Every cancelled order will charge a 10% restocking fee due to orders processed into our system.
